This cover plate is for those who want to turn their Pearl Vision VX, VSX, VLX, VBX or VMX and Forum FZ or FZH bass drums into virgin style bass drums with no tom mount. The tom bracket is simply un-bolted and this attractive cover plate is added in it's place to seal the holes.
